Items needed for mentoring activities

To facilitate the success of each match, BBBS encourages the adult and child to have fun and build trust through games and activities. Big Brothers Big Sisters is asking members of the community to donate articles so that “Bigs” and “Littles” have many choices for play and for opportunities to be creative together. 

Our Wish List contains articles requested by children and adults. Big Brothers Big Sisters provides free pick-up to facilitate donations from the community. Feel free to call 207-667-5304 ext. 257.

 

Wish List:

Snow man kits, Sleds, Models (car, airplanes, etc.), Kites, Board games, Puzzles

Bowling kits for inside, Beads and jewelry making items, Nerf anything (for inside), Arts and crafts materials: construction paper, paint, crayons, glue, glitter, markers;

Wiffle ball/ bat, Jump ropes, Basketballs/soccer balls, Hula Hoops, Match Box cars,

Coloring books, playing cards (Uno, Go Fish, etc.), Scrapbooking materials, Legos, Playdough, Floor hockey sticks

For Community mentoring, tickets or certificates to movie theatres and restaurants are also very helpful.
